The largest of these freestanding structures was an active way station for horses along the Boston Post Stagecoach route. The smallest of these barns was the milk house and the remaining structure was used as a cow barn. All were built on dry-laid foundations. The existing house on the property was an inn and tavern. Status: Maintained and used for equipment storage
