WEST BRANCH GUARANTEE

West Branch Gallery guarantees satisfaction on all gallery purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with works purchased from the gallery, you may return them to the West Branch Gallery in person, or ship them to the gallery within ten days of receipt via FedEx, UPS or common carrier. The West Branch Gallery & Sculpture Park offers a full refund for the purchase price of the piece on returned works, provided the works are returned in original condition.

If you’ve purchased from us before, you already know the quality of our art and service. Gallery artists are hand-selected from the numerous artist’s submissions we receive each year.

SHIPPING

We can crate and ship or deliver and install anything we offer. Just let us know what you’d like.

West Branch Gallery & Sculpture Park will professionally pack and ship your purchased artworks to the address you specify. We fully insure your works while in transit within the continental United States.

For International Shipping, please call the gallery at 802.253.8943 for a shipping quote. We will need your full address, postal code, and the specific works you’re considering to provide a quote for you.

Unless otherwise specified, shipping charges are the responsibility of the collector.

Damage in shipping is rare, but if your artwork arrives in less than perfect condition, call us immediately and we’ll take care of the problem: 802.253.8943.

SCULPTURE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

The cost of sculpture delivery and installation is highly dependent on the works purchased. For an shipping/installation estimate, please call the gallery at 802.253.8943 or email us.

Placement of outdoor sculpture requires special attention. Please call to discuss your needs and ideas. We offer full service installation on everything we sell.

RETURNS

West Branch Gallery collectors know the level of service, professionalism and passion we bring to our work. If you decide to return purchased works for any reason, simply send them back within 10 days of receipt, and we’ll issue a full refund for the purchase price of the works. No questions asked. Above all, we want you to love the work you collect.

Collecting is a process, and we are here to help you through every step—even returns!

If you’ve decided to return works you’ve purchased from us, please call or email us in advance to let us know which works to expect, and when they are likely to arrive at the gallery. This will also expedite your refund, which we will issue for the full purchase price of the works when we receive the purchased works in original undamaged condition.

To return works, please pack them very securely. It may be best to re-pack them in their original packaging or take them to a pack and ship store. Ship them fully insured via FedEx, UPS or common carrier to:
